Orange Tarragon Rice

Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Medium-high heat the saucepan.
2. Add rice, orange juice, water, olive oil, salt, and tarragon to the pan.
3. Stir, bring them to boil.
4. Lower the heat and cover for 20 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork.
