|Chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh coriander||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Oregano leaf||1⁄8 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Salt/Salt substitute||To Taste|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
1) Take the broth in a pan and bring it to boil.
2) Take the coriander, Parmesan cheese, garlic and oregano in the container of a food processor and blend them.
3) Add salt and pepper.
4) Pour the puree into the bowl and keep in the refrigerator.
5) Serve the coriander puree with turkey fajitas.
