Baked Hake Tarragon

Ingredients
  Hake fillet/Cod /haddock /burbot /ling /pollock /scrod 1 Pound
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Fresh tarragon/Dried tarragon- 1/4 teaspoon, crushed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Bon Appetit, Schilling)
  Paprika 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F

MAKING
2. Dry fish with paper towels and place in single layer in a shallow, greased baking dish also sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Combine butter, tarragon and Bon Appetit and pour over fish also sprinkle with paprika
4. Bake at 425° F 10 minutes per inch of thickness

SERVING
5. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
