Onion Herb Veal Roast

Ingredients
  Onion dip mix 1 Ounce (1 sachet)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Veal rump roast 5 Pound (1 no.)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl combine the flour, dip mix, and vegetable oil
2) Rub onto the veal
3) Into a pan, cover and cook the veal
4) Then roast into an oven at 325 F for 2 1/2 hours
5) Remove the meat onto a platter

SERVING
6) Slice and serve with some creamy gravy
