Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  White potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  Parsnips 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  Turnips 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  Unsalted butter 4 Tablespoon (1/2 Stick)
  Fresh chives/Dried chives /thyme /dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a multi layered Chinese steamer, cook the vegetables separately till tender.
2) Remove the steamed vegetables from the steamer and mix with butter, salt and pepper, and thyme.

SERVING
3)Serve immediately on individual plates.
