Tarragon Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tabasco sauce 5 Drop
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dried tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, add butter.
2) Saute onion and celery in butter over medium heat, until golden brown.
3) Add 4 cups tomato juice, salt, pepper, sugar, tarragon and a few drops of Tabasco. Mix well.
4) Bring this to boil and then simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

SERVING
5) Transfer soup to mugs or bowls and serve hot.
