Roasted New Potatoes with Oregano
|Red potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in half (12 Small Ones)|
|Chopped oregano leaves/1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
1 Heat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit .Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2 In a medium bowl toss all the ingredients and spread a single layer in the prepared pan.
3 Roast uncovered for 30-35 minutes,turning after 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
4 Serve hot.
