Tarragon Beets

Ingredients
  Sliced beets can 1 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan cook beets and beet liquid.
2) Drain beet liquid and keep aside.
3) In the saucepan add butter, onion, lemon juice, tarragon, and pepper.
4) Cook for further 2 to 3 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
