Gorgonzola and Sage
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Gorgonzola cheese||6 Ounce, rind removed and roughly chopped (175 Gram)|
|Single cream||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)|
|Sage||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Cooked pasta||225 Gram|
1) Take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Stir in garlic and saute over low heat for about a minute.
2) Now, put 2/3 part of cheese and stir. Add cream and sage and cook until the sauce is smooth, stirring continuously.
3) Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg as per taste.
4) Spread over freshly cooked pasta and toss well. Garnish with remaining cheese and serve immediately.
