Baked Baby Potatoes with Oregano
|Baby potatoes||750 Gram|
|Softened butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oregano leaves||2 Tablespoon (Remove Stems)|
|Sea salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
GETTING READY 1) Scrub the potatoes and dry. 2) Preheat the oven. MAKING 3) On the top of the potatoes, cut a cross and over a sheet of foil, spread them in a single layer. 4) With butter, dab the tops of potatoes and sprinkle oregano leaves, salt and pepper. 5) With another piece of foil, cover the potatoes and wrap tightly. (Make 2 parcels if necessary.) 6) In the preheated oven, bake them for about 20-30 minutes till cooked. To test if the potatoes are well cooked, insert a skewer into the potato: it should be soft all the way through. SERVING 7) Serve hot.
