Chilli And Coriander

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 500 Gram, chopped coarsely (2 Large Ones)
  Water 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Lime juice 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Brown sugar 50 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet chili sauce 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine tomato, the water, juice, sugar and sauces in medium pan; stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat, cool; stir in coriander.
