Fragrant Fresh Herb
|Dried pasta||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||8 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Flat leaf||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Finely chopped fresh oregano/Marjoram/basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh rosemary/Thyme/sage||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic and herbs, and cook over medium heat until fragrant, 1 minute.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Add pasta to the hot sauce.
Toss well to coat, adding reserved water as needed.
