Ingredients
  Dried pasta 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Extra virgin olive oil 8 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Flat leaf 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Finely chopped fresh oregano/Marjoram/basil 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped fresh rosemary/Thyme/sage 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic and herbs, and cook over medium heat until fragrant, 1 minute.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Add pasta to the hot sauce.
Toss well to coat, adding reserved water as needed.
Serve immediately.
