Fresh Herb Chump Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb chump chops 8 (Use Thick Pieces)
For fresh herb stuffing
  Stale bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sultanas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shallots 4 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Chopped fresh dill 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 30 Gram, melted
For mustard butter
  Butter 60 Gram, melted
  French mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dried rosemary leaves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut pockets into chops, push Fresh Herb Stuffing into pockets.
Brush chops with Mustard Butter.
Barbecue, brushing frequently with Mustard Butter.
Fresh Herb Stuffing: Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Mustard Butter: Combine all ingredients., beat until smooth.
