Coriander Drop Cookies
|Vegetable shortening||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground coriander||2 Teaspoon|
Gradually add sugar and beat until light.
Add vanilla, then eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until blended.
Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop by tea-spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake in hot oven (400°F.) about 10 minutes.
