1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Wegmans)
Celery and onion
16 Ounce, cleaned and cut diced (Food You Feel Good About, 2 Pkgs 8 Ounce Each)
Herbes de provence
2 Tablespoon (Wegmans)
32 Ounce (Food You Feel Good About Culinary)
1 Pound (Wegmans Unseasoned Stuffing Bakery Dept)
Granny smith apple
1 Medium, cored and grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Heat basting oil in braising pan on MEDIUM-HIGH. Add celery and onion; cook, stirring, 5 min. Add herbes; cook, stirring, 3 min. Add butter and stock; bring to a simmer. Turn off heat.
2. Combine croutons and apple; gradually add to mixture in braising pan, stirring gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Bake on center rack of oven 30 min or until stuffing is nicely browned and cooked through.
