Baked Swordfish With Tarragon Yogurt

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Swordfish steak 1 Pound
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Spoon the olive oil into a baking dish and turn the swordfish steak to coat both sides.
Layer the yogurt cheese over the fish: sprinkle with tarragon.
Bake 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
