Baked Swordfish with Tarragon Yogurt

|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Swordfish steak||1 Pound|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried tarragon||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Spoon the olive oil into a baking dish and turn the swordfish steak to coat both sides.
Layer the yogurt cheese over the fish: sprinkle with tarragon.
Bake 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
