Lemon Herb Seasoning

  Dried basil 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 3 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Powdered black pepper 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Granulated onion 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Whole celery seed 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Powdered basil 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Granulated garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon

In a large zip-lock bag mix all ingredients, seal the bag and give it a nice shake to blend them well.
Alternately, you can put them in a medium size bowl and toss gently with a metal spoon until well blended.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place for up to six months.
