|Dry shallots||1⁄2 Pound, peeled|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, cleaned and halved|
|Chopped lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
Cook shallots 10 minutes in salted, boiling water. Remove from heat and drain well.
Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots and remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 6 minutes over low heat.
