Salad Romano Mlor Locarnoml With Tarragon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Gruyere cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cut in julienne strips
  Celery stalks 2 , thinly sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon vinaigrette 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a large salad bowl, toss together cheese, celery, mushrooms and parsley. Pour Tarragon Vinaigrette on top; toss well.
2. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Toss again.
