|Gruyere cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cut in julienne strips|
|Celery stalks||2 , thinly sliced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinaigrette||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a large salad bowl, toss together cheese, celery, mushrooms and parsley. Pour Tarragon Vinaigrette on top; toss well.
2. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Toss again.
