Smoked Salmon & Tarragon Pate

Ingredients
  Reduced fat cream cheese 200 Gram
  Lemon 1 , zest grated
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Smoked salmon 150 Gram
  Chopped fresh tarragon 2 Tablespoon
  Half fat creme fraiche 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients for the pate in a blender or food processor and process until almost smooth.
Put the pate in a bowl, cover, and chill until required.
