Tournedos With Tarragon

Ingredients
  Tournedos 4
  Salt To Taste
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Madeira/Port wine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped tarragon 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Season the tournedos with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in a very hot pan.
Add 2 tablespoons of the butter and cook a further 3 minutes.
Add the Madeira; let it bubble for 1 minute then stir in the tarragon and remaining butter.
When it has melt
