Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Beef fillet 3 Pound, halved crosswise (1 Whole)
  Italian bread loaf 2 , cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices (Each About 14 Inches Long)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Brushing The Bread)
  Garlic cloves 2 Large
  Roasted onion caper and tarragon sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a heavy flameproof roasting pan heat the vegetable oil over moderately high heat until it is hot but not smoking and in it brown the beef, patted dry and seasoned with salt and pepper, turning it every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes.
