Broccoli Tarragon Soup

Ingredients
  Broccoli flowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned chicken broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled
Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook, covered, until broccoli is tender but still bright green.
Puree in blender.
Chill before serving.
