Ingredients
  Fiddle head greens 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Sour cream/Plain yogurt 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finley sliced
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Spinach leaves 4
  Grated carrots 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for garnish ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.
–  Pour mixture over spinach leaves. Garnish with grated carrots.
