Broiled Rainbow Trout With Herb Mayonnaise
|Mayonnaise||6 Tablespoon (Regular/Light)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, herbs and pepper in bowl; mix well.
Place trout, skin side down, on rack of broiler pan.
Top each fillet with 14 of mayonnaise mixture.
Broil 4 inches from heat source for about 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and topping is bubbly.
