Chicken Marinated With Orange & Tarragon

chicken marinated with orange and tarragon is a fruity chicken recipe. The chicken is marinated with onion soup mix and orange marmalade for flavor along with tarragon. Oven cooked, it is basted with the marinade mix to a desired doneness.
Ingredients
  Onion soup mix/Onion mushroom recipe soup mix 1 Packet
  Orange marmalade 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tarragon leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into pieces
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish, thoroughly blend onion recipe soup mix, marmalade, orange juice and tarragon; add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning chicken occasionally, at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Bake chicken with marinade, basting and turning chicken occasionally, 1 hour or until done.
