Chicken Marinated With Orange & Tarragon
|Onion soup mix/Onion mushroom recipe soup mix||1 Packet|
|Orange marmalade||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tarragon leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish, thoroughly blend onion recipe soup mix, marmalade, orange juice and tarragon; add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning chicken occasionally, at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Bake chicken with marinade, basting and turning chicken occasionally, 1 hour or until done.
