Sugar Snap Peas With Chives
|Sugar snap peas||3⁄4 Pound, trimmed and strings removed|
|Unsalted margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped chives/Minced green onion||2 Teaspoon|
In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil; add the peas, cover, and cook for 1 minute.
Drain, transfer to a bowl, and set aside.
In the same saucepan, melt the margarine over moderate heat; add the peas and toss.
Stir in the chives and toss again.
