Coriander Tomatoes has a fine taste. Coriander Tomatoes gets its taste from tomatoes flavored with coriander leaves. Coriander Tomatoes is inspired by many food joints.
Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Root ginger 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Tomatoes 1 Kilogram, sliced
  Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 3 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Heat the oil in a wok or large deep frying pan, add the onions and cook for 5 minutes until golden.
Lower the heat, stir in the spices and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Add the ginger, garlic, tomatoes and chillies and stir well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until fairly thick.
Season with salt to taste and cook for 1 minute.
Spoon into a warmed serving dish and sprinkle with the chopped coriander.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
