Thanksgiving Tip: Get the most flavor out of and into your bird this November by getting under it's skin! Try our compound butter recipe and rub it all over the meat. This way, the flavor is in the meat and not just on the skin.
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (at room temperature)
Chopped fresh sage
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped green onion tops
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chopped fresh parsley
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped fresh thyme
1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Coarse ground black pepper
1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
1. Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and chill.
2. Bring to room temperature before using.
3. Put the butter inside the turkey skin, roast and serve.
