Potatoes With Fenugreek
|Potatoes||250 Gram, diced|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Fenugreek leaves||4 Bunch (400 gm), chopped|
|Tomatoes||3 , chopped|
|Fresh garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
Retain the leaves of fresh garlic and chop them.
Heat the ghee and fry the paste.
Stir for five minutes and add the fenugreek and garlic leaves, tomatoes and turmeric.
Add salt to taste.
When the tomatoes become quite soft, add the potatoes.
Sprinkle a little water over the potatoes and cover with a shallow dish filled with water.
Cook till tender on a low.
