Foil Baked Herbs-Lime Salmon

This is a dish which you can try to bring a change to your regular food. It can also be worked out with some leftover rice.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Basmati rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salmon fillet 8 Ounce
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Diced tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shallot 1
  Mushroom 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bell pepper 1
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Lime slices 2
  Butter 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Apply olive oil on the foil and put prepared basmati rice, place salmon fillet, tomato, minced garlic, chopped shallot, mushroom, bell peppers, pepper, thyme, rosemary, lime juice and slice and butter. Wrap the foil into a pouch and place it in a oven dish. Bake it for 20-25 minutes at 375 F. And serve.
