Sweet Potatoes In Brown Sugar
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soft dark brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Sweet potatoes||2 Pound, sliced into rounds|
Put the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave oven for 1 minute on HIGH.
Add the brown sugar, a few dashes of Tabasco sauce and some salt and pepper to the melted butter.
Pour one third of the seasoned butter into a deep round dish about 10 inches (25 cm) in diameter.
