Superb Hash Brown Potato Patties

  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 6 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 3 Tablespoon
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten until thick and piled softly
  Frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 12 Ounce, partially thawed and carefully separated

Blend a mixture of the flour, salt, and paprika with the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the shredded cheese.
Gradually add the evaporated milk and onion juice and stir until well blended.
Gently blend in the well-beaten egg; then potatoes.
Heat butter or margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of mixture for each patty into hot skillet and cook until golden browned and crisp on one side.
Turn patties and brown other side.
Drain on absorbent paper.
