Superb Hash Brown Potato Patties
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||6 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten until thick and piled softly|
|Frozen shredded hash brown potatoes||12 Ounce, partially thawed and carefully separated|
Blend a mixture of the flour, salt, and paprika with the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the shredded cheese.
Gradually add the evaporated milk and onion juice and stir until well blended.
Gently blend in the well-beaten egg; then potatoes.
Heat butter or margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of mixture for each patty into hot skillet and cook until golden browned and crisp on one side.
Turn patties and brown other side.
Drain on absorbent paper.
