You can make crispy diner style hash browns at home and this video will show you how! It is so easy you'll never need to go out for breakfast again!
Ingredients
  Russet potato/Yukon potatoes 1 , peeled and grated
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Place the freshly grated potatoes over the kitchen towel and squeeze out all the liquid.

MAKING
2. Heat a sauté pan on high. Pour in the oil and add in the potatoes.
3. Season the potatoes with salt and sauté continuously for a few minutes until potatoes are brown.

SERVING
4. Serve hash brown with scrambled tofu.
