Smoked Ham Hash

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen hash brown potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (With Onion And Peppers)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Red bell pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Fat free less sodium chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Half and half 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped smoked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, thinly sliced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1.
Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over mediumhigh heat.
Add potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to pan; saute 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Stir in broth, half-and-half, Worcestershire, and ketchup; bring to a boil.
Cook 5 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates.
Stir in ham and black pepper; cook 1 1/4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with onions and parsley.
