Microwaved Hash Browns

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Medium
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook potatoes.
Peel and dice.
Heat browning skillet (high) 4 minutes.
Add butter.
Add onion and potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Microwave (high) 3 minutes.
Flatten with spatula and turn.
Microwave 3-5 minutes until potatoes are soft.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
