Marlenes Hash Brown Supreme
|Frozen hash brown potatoes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cubed|
|Diced onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced tomato||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a medium nonstick skillet, melt butter.
Add the next six ingredients; mix well.
Cook over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until potatoes are browned.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted
