Marlenes Hash Brown Supreme

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Frozen hash brown potatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cubed
  Diced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced tomato 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a medium nonstick skillet, melt butter.
Add the next six ingredients; mix well.
Cook over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until potatoes are browned.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted
