1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook potatoes, covered, 10 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle potatoes with paprika, pepper, and salt to taste.
2. Continue cooking, uncovered 15 minutes, occasionally turning with a pancake turner, until potatoes are tender and brown.
