  Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Poached eggs 2
  Onion paste 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Line a muffin tins with hash brown shreds and bake until crisp.

Fill with your favorite vegetables and poached eggs.

Topped with spoonful of caramelized onions paste
