Sea Bream With Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
  Sea bream fillets 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon (Creme Fraiche)
Directions

Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle salt and pepper into the base of a long dish.
Put the fish in and season again with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the Parmesan over.
Rinse and slice the tomatoes and arrange on top of the fish to cover.
Coat the tomatoes with the sour cream (creme fraiche).
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Leave to stand for 1 minute.
