Cattish Parmesan

Catfish parmesan is a baked catfish preparation made with catfish fillets. Baked with a coating of bread crumbs and cheese with parsley and paprika, the catfish parmesan is also flavored with oregano and basil. Served best with lemon wedges, this catfish parmesan is a fun and nutritious dish.
Ingredients
  Catfish 6
  Dry bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Dip catfish in melted margarine or oil and rollin crumb mixture.
Arrange fish in a well greased baking dish 14 x 9 x 2 inches.
Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
