Once A Week Kitchen - Cheese Crisps

Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese/Any cheese of your choice 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. On a sheet of parchment, place cheese and microwave for about 40 seconds. Allow to cool and peel from the parchment.

SERVING
2. Serve with your favorite soup.
