Parmesan Cheese Snack

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 package)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped stuffed green olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped dried beef/Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Blend together first 3 ingredients.
Stir in olives.
On waxed paper, shape into two 1 1/2x5-inch rolls.
Roll in chopped dried beef or parsley.
Wrap carefully; chill several hours or overnight.
To serve, slice and pass with assorted crackers.
