Brandied Cheddar Cheese
|Sharp american cheddar cheese||1 Pound, shredded|
|Brandy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Have cheese and butter at room temperature.
Add sugar, cayenne, and 1/4 cup brandy; mix or beat with electric mixer until quite smooth.
Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup brandy, mixing until creamy.
Store in covered crock in refrigerator.
