Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Port wine 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Cream butter with mustard and cayenne.
Stir in finely grated cheese and wine.
Blend thoroughly.
