Cheddar And Port Spread
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Light cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sweet port||3 Teaspoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
Start blender at medium speed.
While blender is running, tip center cap and gradually add cheese, blending until grated.
Add remaining ingredients to blender container in order listed.
Cover; blend at medium speed until smooth.
If necessary, stop blender and push ingredients toward blades with rubber spatula.
Turn into serving dish.
