Cheddar Cheese Pears

Ingredients
  Pears/29 ounces pear halves, canned, drained 3 , cut into halves (fresh, peeled, cored)
  Lemon peel 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon, fresh
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
Directions

Arrange pears on large square of heavy-duty foil.
Sprinkle lemon peel and juice over pears.
Fill pear halves with cheese.
Fold up foil around pears; seal edges tightly.
Grill packet over medium-hot briquets 15 minutes or until pears are hot and cheese is soft.
