Cheddar Cheese Port Wine Spread
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped|
|Port wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Combine cheeses, pecans, and wine in a small bowl or food processor.
Shape into a 4-inch mound.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
