Brussels Sprouts With Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Clean sprouts; remove all tough and bruised outer leaves.
Cover with cold water; soak 30 minutes; drain.
In saucepan large enough to accommodate brussels sprouts, bring 1 cup water to rapid boil.
Add salt and sprouts; cover.
Cook 10 minutes or until fork-tender; drain.
Combine pepper and butter; pour over sprouts.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
