Wine Hamburgers is a delicious non-vegetarian recipe that you would love to prepare on a get together. Try this Wine Hamburgers; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this!
Ingredients
  Finely minced steak 2 Pound
  Soft white breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Burgundy wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Thick french bread slices 8 , cut diagonally and buttered
  Butter/Margarine 2 Ounce
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
Directions

Combine minced steak, breadcrumbs, egg, Burgundy, onion and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Mix together thoroughly and shape into 8 hamburgers, approximately 1 inch thick.
Brush with the sauce and barbecue over hot coals for approximately 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked, brush occasionally with the sauce while cooking.
